Sales & Events - Admin Clerk [Malaysia]

Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic, keen to learn, meticulous individual who is able to assist the Sales & Events team.

Duties include but are not restricted to

1. Reply to customer's inquiries and send out quotations

2. Prepare invoices and send them to customers

3. Update Sales Data and necessary filing of invoices, and remittance advice, both hard and soft copy

4. Follow up on payment with customers

5. Prepare and send order forms to the bakery and hot kitchen departments

6. Print out product description stickers for cake boxes and eating directions for pastry boxes

8. Collect returning invoicing from customers and ensure it is filed appropriately

9. Follow up with customers on receiving PO and ensure it is filed appropriately

10. Help with external onsite events (pre and post-event work and on the event day itself)

Candidate requirements:

- Be able to travel (own transportation is preferred)

- Have an eye for detail & meticulousness

- Computer & number literate

- Good financial acumen

- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply

- Expected to work on weekends based on business needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
