About Our Client

As they continue their journey of digital transformation, they are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Analyst to join their Transformation team to work on the delivery of key projects.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recognition and recording of the effects of personnel changes on both project and program levels.
- Promotion of modifications by creating and executing change management initiatives
- Lead sessions that cover the effects of change, advantages, risks, challenges, and takeaways, aiding the preparation and execution of alterations.
- Construct and uphold systems for change tracking and benefit management
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- Tertiary education within a relevant field
- Proven track record delivering change management projects within the digital landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
