About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a TOU Technical Facilitator to provide technical expertise to the Large Business team helping to ensure that customers receive a timely and accurate experience with Genesis Energy.
This role is permanent, full-time and will be based in our modern, open-plan Hamilton office. We're really good at flexible working, most of our team work from home 1-2 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain effective working relationships with service providers
- Assist in identifying areas of continuous business improvements through analysis in order to improve the customer experience.
- Liaise with electricians, contractors, network companies, meter owners and customers as required.
- Provide TOU technical expertise to the Large Business team to ensure customers receive an accurate and timely new and moving experience meeting industry SLA's.
About you:
- Experience using problem solving to provide solutions to customers
- Is organised and tends to take a structured approach to tasks/goals. Plans effectively and manages resources and execution appropriately to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Remains calm, composed, and optimistic in stressful or high-pressure situations. Perseveres in the face of obstacles or setbacks and carries on with the task at hand.
- Supports and collaborates with team members to achieve targets. Appreciates the benefits of diversity and works well with a variety of people.
The majority of this role is administrative based, with a lot of communication via email, along with phoning electricians, meter owners and network companies when required. We're looking for an adaptable candidate with the ability to pick up new information quickly. Don't worry - full training is provided!
