Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Administrator to be part of a team, who are responsible for executing all warehouse and Intralogistics administrative activities. You will manage all warehouse transactions for loading and unloading, receiving and issuing, locating, storage and picking Finished goods, BaseMat and factory consumables. You will also support projects like: improving safety, service, quality and cost, and storage capacity utilization.
You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.
What you will do
- Prepare and execute all administrative activities to secure the end-to-end flow from goods arrival to goods departure
- Secure accurate documentation and system administration for loading and unloading, receiving and issuing, locating, storing and picking of Finished goods, BaseMat and factory consumables
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities in Warehouse/intralogistics
- Collaborate with CST, SCCT and Planning Hubs to secure customer deliveries and production supply
- Participate in WCM teams and improvement activities in Warehouse & material handling (intralogistics)
- Promote Workplace and material handling safety
- Execute stock/inventory management (including cycle stock take)
- Dock and Yard management: administration
- Secure compliance to Regulations and Procedures regarding Certifications (as BRC, FDA, SGI, FSC, OEA,ISO as well as internal storage and loading instructions)
We believe you have
Professional requirements:
- Requires knowledge in administrative WH and Intralogistics operational practices
- Experienced in relevant IT platforms
- Desired knowledge and experience: min 1-2 years in logistics administration
- Proven 3-5 years experience with Logistics administration
Personal skills and abilities:
- Good knowledge and experience of WCM methods and successful application.
- Good communication skills
- Self driven with a safety and quality mindset
