Our client, a reputable Vehicle Distributor and Spare Parts Manufacturer in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently expanding their operation team and hence, seeking for a passionate Operation Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their Operation Manager to oversee their operation functions as well as to provide administrative assistance to the department.

Responsibilities:
- To manage an end-to-end sales process from quotation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with SRI’s production and logistics teams to ensure on time shipping and delivery of goods
- Manage submission of documentation to the relevant government authorities when required by the project
- Provide regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information to ensure department KPIs are met
- Assist in filing and documentation task for the project

Additional Information/ Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of related experience is required
- Minimum possession of a Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent
- Possess good communication skill and willing to learn
- Self-motivated and a team player
