As an Instructions Coordinator (Appointments), you will be responsible for ensuring Onebright clients receive smooth and efficient access to services. You will work closely with the clinical, network and operational teams in matching clients to therapists within strict timescales ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and you maintain up to date records on our systems.

You will be required to:

  • Receive and deal in a prompt and professional manner with all enquiries made in person, by telephone or by email
  • Meet daily targets for productivity and successful matching of clinician to client.
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders continuously.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Work as part of our team between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Complete 2 weeks training on systems and processes.You will need to attend our York office daily to complete training for your first 2 weeks employment or until you have reached satisfactory competency.
  • Upon completion of your training or having achieved competency, you will be assigned to working 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.
