- 8+ years in program management, business management, or analytical experience

Amazon’s Asia Global Selling team is looking for a experienced and talented Sr. Program Ops Manager, who can dive deeper into data and drive initiatives across Asia countries to support business teams in bringing Asia Sellers selling globally and resolving critical business challenges. The ideal candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity, perform strong analytical skills, manage complex initiatives/programs, work without authority/influence senior leadership, streamline process to improve efficiency. He/she should have superior communication, analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with sharp business acumen. The experience of working autonomously with multiple teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is highly preferred.
Key job responsibilities
- Closely work with Asia Global Selling central PMO team and Asia country business teams to set up data-driven metrics and look into data to drive product improvement and program implementation to improve the launch experience for Asia Sellers
- Drive local initiatives and partner with Central and Global team to scale up the critical ones in more countries/regions
- Influence Asia Global Selling central team resources allocation and priorities in light of multiple Asia country seller insights and business team requirements
- Build mechanism and acting as a proxy to reflect multiple country VOS in a systematic way
- Work relentlessly to improve existing process to ensure a seamless communication across local team, central PMO and region leadership team
- Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership
- Facilitate/support region leader to manage critical business review
- MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields
- Experience with SQL or other statistical analysis tools
- Experience of working internationally
- Experience in e-commerce company
