ROLE OVERVIEW
Driving high-quality case delivery and student/business professional connection, the Director, Case User Experience role manages the case experience across a market portfolio of schools to ensure that the various case components are delivered to students in a consistent and cohesive manner. This role will be critical in helping bridge the business and education sectors to maximize student, teacher, and business professional engagement and excitement in cases.

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES & DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

- Advanced time management and execution in a dynamic high-demand environment.
- Teaching or training experience preferred
- Understanding of case methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office and e-learning technologies

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Classroom Support
- Establish credibility as the case expert to support teacher/student understanding and implementation through comprehensive, detailed knowledge of the case unit/package.
- Review cases for clarity through the lens of the student and launch teacher and incorporate additional activities or examples into the case discovery/launch process to enhance relatability as necessary.
- Provide case challenge/study "preview", in collaboration with market Instructional Leads, to 3DE School Leadership Directors in support of the school's Professional Learning Community (PLC) rollout.
- Facilitate the case launch and discussion in the classroom modeling strategies for teachers to drive student engagement and understanding; incorporate trained business professionals as case, industry, and competency subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Review structure for business coaching and make adjustments as needed by the school and per student progress
- Provide Directors of Planning & Operations vision and direction to construct engaging culminating event experiences that demonstrate the applicability of competency/theme and/or simulate industry experience.
Partner/Business Professional Support
- Clearly communicate to potential partners the 3DE model, experience, outcomes and the role of business professionals to support student understanding and development, as requested by JA.
- Monitor business professional coverage for activities and adjust activities as needed based on expected level of business professional support.
- Manage communications, with the support of Directors of Planning & Operations, to business professionals to provide necessary resources, reminders, directions, etc. to create a turnkey experience.
- Facilitate training of all business professionals (case challenges, case studies and senior experience) to ensure understanding of 3DE, the learning objectives (competencies/themes), their role in supporting student development, student progress (placement in JA pipeline), and how to effectively engage students in the discussion.
- At JA's discretion, participate in debriefing with case partners to provide reflections on student impact, gather partner feedback, and lay groundwork for the next school year.
